Meet Clarke White, JM Direct's newest Corporate Trainer

My name is Clarke White and I am currently a senior enrolled at TCU as an Economics major with a Mathematics minor and Business minor. I began working at JM Direct  in early June and honestly had no idea what to expect from it. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself in an office with young, ambitious people – people just like myself

"I've always been told to surround myself with people I want to be like, and I consider myself extremely lucky to have found such a place through JM Direct."

During the relatively short time I've worked here, I have been able to learn and develop the skills required in sales, which is commonly referred to as the basis of all business. The leaders that are currently in place at JM Direct are more than willing to assist and teach any time someone may have concerns or questions. They also have a magical way of building one’s confidence, which translates to success in the field. I have also been given many opportunities to develop my leadership skills through JM Direct. I love the way the leadership program begins with self-management and continues to build up associates in small group settings until we eventually have the opportunity and responsibility to mentor others, recruit and grow our own teams.
I feel extremely blessed to have found such an opportunity to learn and be inspired by the hard working people who make up this company. I look forward to continuing to expand my personal abilities, helping others do the same, and seeing what other exciting opportunities that JM Direct has in store for me.

Dodge Ball Tournament for Operation Smile


On April 26, 2014 JM Direct hosted a dodge ball tournament to benefit their philanthropy, Operation Smile. The event featured six independently owned marketing and sales firms located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.




The tournament took place at Sole Roll Indoor Soccer Arena in Dallas, TX. Through participants purchasing raffle tickets for a 50/50 lottery, the event raised $590, enough funds to cover the cost of an entire cleft palate surgery.




After all the ducking, dodgeing and diving, all participants came together to share burgers, hot dogs, and tales of their dodge ball glory. Although not all played well, all left having done well.

JM Direct’s Director of Talent Acquisition and Corporate Branding, Elle Obarski, said JM Direct will continue their efforts to fundraise for Operation Smile.

            “It’s such a powerful surgery that gives back to these children and families in so many ways. What we’re doing here truly does change lives”
